課程概述 |
This course is for beginners. Students will enhance their Chinese characters writing and recognition skills.

課程目標 |
1.學生能讀、寫正體字。(Know how to read and write traditional Chinese characters.)
2.熟悉漢語拼音。(Good at Hanyu Pinyin.)
3.習得處理日常生活事務的基本表達能力，如能得體使用華語等。(Learn how to use proper Chinese to express him/herself and communicate with others.) |

課程要求 |
學生應該：(Students should)
1.多說華語。(Speak as much Chinese as he/she can.)
2.複習當日學過的生字或對話。(Review what have been taught)
3.按時完成作業上傳到NTU COOL，作業必須手寫，不可以打字。(Do homework and submit it to NTU COOL on time. The homework should be in handwriting instead of computer-typing.)
4.預習老師指定部分。(Preview what have been assigned.)
5.以完整的句子回答問題，發音必須清楚。(Answer the questions in complete sentence(s), and with clear pronunciation.)
6.背誦每課課文。(Memorize the dialogue in each lesson.)
7.上課不遲到、早退。(Be in class on time, leave after talking to the teacher.)
*遲到三十分鐘就算缺課一小時，平時成績會被扣分。(Late for 30 minutes is equivalent to 1 hour absence and the attendance score will be deducted.)
8.保持尊重和友善的態度上課，積極參與課程。(Be respectful, kind and stay fully engaged.)
9.無法出席課程時，請提前告訴老師。(If you’re going to be absent, please inform the teacher in advance.)
10.如果有重要訊息，會寄信到NTU信箱，請定時收信。(Important information will be sent to NTU webmail, please check your mailbox frequently.)
學生不可以： (Students are NOT allowed)
1.沒有老師的指示，上課時使用手機或其它可上網之電子產品。(to use mobile, iPad or any other devices getting online during the class without instructor's guide.)
2.上課時用英文或自己的母語跟其他同學聊天。(to chat with classmates in English or their own language during the class.)
3.考試時作弊。(to cheat while having tests or exams.) |
